<p style="font-weight: 400;">Um sich gezielt mit den Vorteilen der Bitterstoffe zu stärken, gibt es zwei einfache Wege:</p>

<li>Bitterstoffreiche Lebensmittel, Kräuter und Gewürze bewusst in Speisen und als Getränke integrieren</li>

<h2>Bittertropfen und Bitterpulver</h2>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Beides ist einfach in der Anwendung und leicht erhältlich. Bittertropfen lassen sich ins Wasser mischen oder direkt auf die Zunge geben – besonders sinnvoll bei Heißhunger. Bitterpulver passt hervorragend in grüne Smoothies, aber auch in Dips oder Dressings.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Deutlich günstiger, allerdings beim ersten Mal mit etwas Wartezeit verbunden, ist es, Bittertropfen selbst anzusetzen. Außerdem kann man die Zusammensetzung der Bitterstoffpflanzen an den eigenen Geschmack anpassen.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Ich habe immer einen Ansatz „in Arbeit“ – und eine Flasche griffbereit für die Hauptmahlzeit. Auch auf Reisen sind Bittertropfen dabei. Sie helfen bei ungewohntem Essen – und ersetzen elegant den Aperol Spritz: einfach ein paar Tropfen ins Mineralwasser. Schön bitter, ganz ohne schädliche Farbstoffe.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Schon gewusst?</strong><br />
Bittere Kräuter wie Enzian und Wermut werden seit Jahrhunderten als Verdauungstonikum eingesetzt. Der Kräuterbitter nach dem Essen ist kein Trend, sondern Tradition.</p>

<li>Kreuzblütlergemüse – das sind im Winter vor allem die Kohlsorten:<br />
<strong>Brokkoli, Rosenkohl, Grünkohl, Kohlrabi – und Rucola-Salat, </strong>am besten als „Wilde Rauke“, dem Original!</li>
